My background spans seven years at Capital FIT, a real estate boutique in Amsterdam where I led underwriting and transaction management across multifamily, land, and new development deals. I worked as senior deal lead across 40+ transactions — owning financial models, managing cross-functional deal teams, and serving as primary client contact from first conversation through closing.

I'm comfortable in both the analytical and the commercial dimensions of a deal: building the model that stress-tests the assumptions and writing the memo that gets investment committee approval. I moved to New York in early 2025 and now take on freelance advisory engagements where that combination of rigor and clarity is most valuable.
